This one-of-a-kind shawl will wrap you with the calm feelings of a zen garden. Circular patterns swirl through the garment, which also works well as a neck scarf. Inspired by the magical feeling of taking a break in a calm, peaceful flower garden. The fabric is created through the nuno wet felting process, which combines silk fabric with fine layers of merino wool and bits of bamboo, silk and colorful embellishments.
Inspired by the zen flower gardens in Duluth, Minnesota..
- Dimensions: 64 inches long by 12 inches wide.
- Fibers: 100% purple silk fabric, combined with fine layers of complementary shades of purple, magenta, green and gold merino wool. Prefelt circles of multicolor wool and silk.
- Embellishments include silk and bamboo fibers; specialty and novelty yarn; and angelina fibers.
