Peace and Love
This shawl reminds me of carefree summer days, when the most pressing thing to do is watering the flowers. The explosive abstract designed is inspired by stunning summer gardens in the Duluth area. This lightweight wrap also works well as a scarf. Reversible, both sides are bright, happy and fun. No matter your age during the Summer of Love, wearing this scarf will take you to San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. The fabric is created through the nuno wet felting process, which combines silk fabric with fine layers of merino wool and bits of bamboo, silk and colorful embellishments.
Inspired by the brilliance of summer gardens in Duluth and the dream of future travel adventures.
