This one-of-a-kind wrap, which also works well as a neck scarf, twinkles like the thousands upon thousands of lights in Bentleyville. The fabric is created through the nuno wet felting process, which combines fine layers of merino wool and bits of bamboo, silk and colorful embellishments.
